Baby face garland

Let's get to work for make a unique party for your baby with this personalized garland with his/her face and a party hat.
You will need to print a few faces of your baby in medium format, either in color or black and white. Select funny paper or card paper with nice patterns and cut the hat with a triangle shape. Finally, decorate them with fringey streamers of crepe paper (Jordan is an expert in creating them).
